Definition: Neck lift can help to improve appearance bringing the neck back into shape.
   
Procedure: Usually combined with face lift
   
Duration of Surgery: 45 Minutes- 1 Hour

No Aspirin 2 weeks prior to surgery
Avoid smoking and drinking alcoholic beverage 1 month prior to procedure
Checked patient’s readiness and knowledge about the procedure
Cosmetics should not be worn
Advised patient to do fasting midnight before the procedure
   
Post-Operative Care: Numbness & discomfort may persist around incision for several days but can be controlled with pain medication.
Bruising & swelling will subside in the first week
Bandage will come off a day or 2
Sutures are removed after 5 days.
Can shower & wash hair after bandage is removed
No heavy exercise within a week scars are usually hidden and will fade in time.
